World Athletics Continental Tour

You need to look at the hammer throwers aren't involved in the Diamond League.

Like they, you know, they are heavily supported in the Continental Tour gold instead, the hammer throwers.

But it's, yeah, you kind of, I don't know.

I think, yes, it's good for Jade and Hibbert to speak up about it and be frustrated and share that frustration.

And I say, right, if I'm on air for two hours, it's probably six hours prep.

Six to eight hours per that's what I would sort of know that I needed to set aside to be ready for a two hour show.

And I don't know if people realize I don't know if people would think that's, that's the amount they would expect or whether they expect more or less like, yeah, what do you how much time do you set aside in your calendar if you're doing a Continental Tour gold?

I would try, I would probably set aside two days.
