Welcome to this episode of the Strong and Kind Podcast.

Jamie is now working on being an educator.
He runs trainingmodel.au. It's basically he is helping people do what he just helped me do, which is simplify things, make things digestible, and ultimately implementable.
Check him out at his website, which I'll link in the show notes.
And thanks so much for being here.
I really appreciate it.
