And I think what I'd like to do, I have not spoken with anyone from Conserva yet on the show.

So before we kind of maybe get into your background and what you're doing with Conserva, could you just kind of share maybe that 10,000 foot view of what is Conserva, you know, why do you guys exist, where do you exist, and just a little bit about the company?

Um, Empower Brand has Jan Pro janitorial services, which is the largest janitorial services in the country.

We're also-- We also have Superior Rail and Fence, who is the largest fence company in the United States as well.

And then we have, you know, installation and roofing and, uh, we have Canopy Lawn.

We have OLP, which is Outdoor Lighting Perspective, so it's Christmas lights and landscape lighting and, and stuff like that.

We have Archadeck, which does like, uh, outdoor living spaces and stuff like that.

Conserva as a whole has been known for residential ir-irrigation installation and maintenance.

I, I think, don't quote me on the number, but I'm, I'm-- we were somewhere between 60 and 65 million last year in residential installs.

Very light commercial is what I would call it, almost rescom, where it's, it's, it's still a commercial property in a sense that it's an HOA, but it's still front yards.

In early, or I should say late of '25, Russ Jeant, who created Conserva, approached me to, uh, come take a look at the commercial side of things for them and help them build a, a bigger, a bigger brand with, you know, adding in the commercial and sports and some other stuff that we're gonna be digging into in the next few years.

So, uh, that's how I got into the loop and they picked up my company and we moved on and it's, uh, it's been great ever since.

So, uh, still early, you know, we're-- I just started officially with them in the beginning of February, so I've been floating around trying to figure out, you know, who knows what, where, why, and where we can, we can push this commercial, uh, initiative out quickly.

Um, but yeah, we're, we're jumping heavy into the commercial side of things, so it's gonna be fun and that's been... that's gonna be my task for the next, you know, however long I'm here.
