getting towards LoRa or something, a long-range slow speed, but you can transport Wi-Fi over a long distance.

I think that it's actually supposed to do a few megabits.

And I've seen some demo of this stuff, still pretty rare.

Added LR1121 radio support.

That's LoRa on 915 MHz and 2.4 GHz.

And creating a port of the Meshtastic client in Rust.

Most basic features are ready.

Don't take offense to that, but I just, I, I know you didn't do it yourself.

I, I took the Lorawan observation and I did the calculations on what would happen on a flat Earth.

This one uses Wi-Fi and LoRa.

So you

can access, the batch has LoRa, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, these three.

You can access all three

Yeah, chips.

So the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth is built into the ESP32.

And then the LoRa is an additional chip that you can solder onto the board.

And then when we go, for instance, into the newest partnership with Netmore, This is where we basically even saw, OK, there is just areas where cellular networks are still not ready yet, or at least not ready for certain use cases.

And you need to be able to build so-called purpose-built networks, right? Or even have that segue into the LoRaWAN connectivity next to the cellular, because for some use cases, that just makes more sense, right? And we're like, okay, why do we limit ourselves to just the cellular network going into that partnership with Netmore now even widens that scope? And we're like, okay, now we can also do the same thing for the LoRaWAN networks, right? And then...

I mean, ironically, going back to the first partner I mentioned, the Nordics, I mean, they also do LoRa modules.

So now you actually have like a full-fledged solution where a customer, sometimes they need to deploy on cellular, sometimes they need on LoRa, and there's various reasons for it, right? Maybe they want to have low power.

I actually zeroed in on their industrial IOT side.

You mean the LoRa network growth?

Exactly, because historically, LoRa is this somewhat sleepy tracking tech, mostly used for things like smart water meters.

But then Amazon stepped in, started embedding it into consumer ring sensors for the sidewalk network, and just mass deployed it across the U.S. and now Mexico and Canada.

Yeah, when a retail giant decides to adopt your protocol, all your historical ceilings just break.

And so there's this, aside from all the use cases and all the value, also have this overriding for most of the use cases of just kind of this inspection and replacement pattern, where by default you get value that you didn't have to buy all the fuel for the truck and the wear and tear on vehicles and keep doing all that stuff.

Because we invented these cool little sensors and the magic of cellular networks or LoRaWAN, and it's just gonna tell you.

It's just gonna, your own machines are gonna talk to you.

And so that gauge that I need to go look at at this oil refinery, it's just gonna send it right back to my system of record automatically.

And this-- there is this kind of interesting project that is called Meshtastic.

And, uh, Meshtastic is about using, I mean, LoRa, that is a long-range radio for making off-grid communication.

And so those devices have a firmware that is written in, uh, in C++.

Uh, it is an open source project, by the way.

That's a game changer.

Instead of an 80-year-old having to hike up a steep, muddy hill every single day just to visually check the water level in a tank, a sensor simply pings their smartphone via a local Wi-Fi or LoRaWAN network.

Or installing automated drip irrigation systems that are tied directly to digital soil moisture sensors.

The study actually notes that automating irrigation can save up to 180 hours of grueling manual labor per growing season.
