Israeli tech is known for so many things, AI, cyber, fintech, but construction tech and construction technology isn't really up there in most people's minds.

They have raised hundreds of millions of dollars to operate as some form of company that can be the entire stack for construction management, work accountability, accessibility, builders scheduling, kind of you name it.

He originally co-founded a company called Gender, which was then acquired by BuildDots, and now he operates within it.

So we spoke about what it means for him to start his career as a construction worker and then found a company that was then acquired and kind of went on that journey.

And the biggest irony is that BuildDots is actually helping build the physical buildings that are housing some of the power to power AI.
