The thing I would like to say about that is basically, in order to be successful in real estate, you need to have drive, be hungry.

And if you want to learn and if you have a growth mindset instead of like a fixed mindset mindset, you're gonna be successful.

It may take a little longer depending on what you do, but come in with a growth mindset.

And so because I was an avid reader and learner, and then I just took action, I was quite young and I just decided, let me try this.

And so just having that attitude, just do something, but know the numbers early on.

So I would say a young person needs... to do what Warren Buffett said and get an accounting degree, even though it's boring, it's really important.

And over the years, as I became a mortgage broker, I started playing around with numbers and then I started like becoming a little bit more sophisticated.

Now with commercial property, there's another level of sophistication with the numbers.

So I would encourage people to have that growth mindset about, you know, just learning and doing and also accounting.

And I might have had more brawn than brains at the time, but that's how you learn, right? My friend, Gary, like Gary DeGrazia said, I'd rather have, how does he say it? Ignorant fire is better than intelligent ice.
