Like, I've been coaching people on and off for actually, like, 15 years probably, [laughs] because even when I was flipping houses I was, um, in a coaching program.

And now that I do short-term rentals, I'm just like, "This is such a great idea." So I have a new coaching program where we're helping people out that have never had a short-term rental.

Um, the business is called Wealth In Her Hands, and it, honestly it is, it was spawned because I want more women to care about building wealth, because nobody's gonna do it for you.

And, like, I mean, it doesn't matter if you're a woman or a man, honestly, gender [laughs] aside.

Your 401[k], your IRA, like, any of that stuff you're putting towards your retirement, that is going to build at a pretty specific rate, I guess.

So this whole version is me saying, like, "I'm sick of listening to people talk about, you know, well, I can't get a divorce because I can't afford one," or something terrible happens and they don't think they have any skills, and they being women.

And I see, like, when I think of short-term rentals- Women have a really good skill.

This doesn't mean that it's everybody, and it doesn't mean men don't do this, too.

So I keep thinking about this as like, why don't you just get paid to take care of people? [laughs]

And it's not like we're doing it, like, as intense as, like, b- having a, you know, like, having a family at home and actually doing all the laundry and cooking and making sure that the kids have everything they need for school, but it's just in a, in a business.

So I feel like a lot of people, like, that are parents or at home or that are creating that loving home, you can totally create this within the hospitality field, and then you can build wealth on top of it, which is really, really cool.

I kept thinking about, like, what does, what does this need to look like? So now it's about helping women buy their first short-term rental, set everything up so that they don't have to work too hard.

Uh, because you're gonna be going through a rigmarole in your brain, which, Joe, you know all about this, 'cause you help, you help baby entrepreneurs too.
