You know, so was it a conscious choice to do like a straight up big rock song? There's no Tracer pop in this one or whatever you'd call mainstream radio edge to it this time.
Dom CraikGUEST

Well, this song was born out of Joe having the lyric, dreaming like a pack of stray dogs, and we were like, okay, I'm going to say to Joe, what does this mean, what does this evoke, and we kind of had a back and forth, and as we were having this conversation, Joe was getting, we just literally started getting together that day, and he was getting something out of his bag, and he got this guitar pedal out called, I'm going to Google it, but I'm pretty sure it's called The Mocker, and it is a sort of distortion pedal um i want to say and it's based off of the 1960s vox ul 70 730 amplifier and it was basically like the beatles kind of revolver sergeant pepper sound um and i plugged that in and it had this really cool like sort of bias control on it so you can start to make it sound very choked out And it just made me want to play like almost like old school Prodigy kind of riffs and just started messing around with it.

And we're like, hold on, this is kind of fitting the lyric that we were literally just discussing.
