"How do I train through grief? I signed up for a marathon when my mum suddenly died six weeks out." I can give a little bit more context with this actually.

Her mom had been a wee bit poorly and unwell, but they hadn't been expecting this to happen quite so quick.

Yeah.

And Leslie had been doing really well in training for her marathons, and then it was all of a sudden in a week really, things just went downhill, and, um, but then she still has a marathon to train for.

So how, what does, you know, do you know, what do you do in that? I'm just really sorry for, you know, Leslie-

But yeah, how would you treat, treat your training? 'Cause she's not giving up on her marathon.

She's gonna run it for her mum, so.

I think, and you know, there's no right or, or wrong way to do this.

So whatever we're saying here, I mean, I think everyone reacts differently to grief.

I mean, um, I've, I've, I've lost my mum.

I lost my mum, oh gosh, 12 years ago to Alzheimer, early onset Alzheimer's.

Um, and so yeah, everyone, everyone is gonna react differently.

And so what I'm saying here is notThe truth and the, the, yeah, the, the everything.
