And so when people approach us to come to the Masterclass, they have to apply.

And that application call is a genuine application call because what I'm looking for are a couple of things.

I'm looking for light-hearted people, like-hearted people, not like-minded, like-hearted.

And, you know, that's a great thing.

But here's the thing.

I know that if she was to come to the Masterclass and sit in front of each of the 10 or 12 journalists that come to the Masterclass, one of the first questions they'd ask her, Jeremy, was, how many people have you worked with? And at the moment, that number is zero.

And so in all consciousness, I could not offer her a place at the Masterclass because she's not ready.

Let me tell you about two students who just made this real.

Robert, he came through the Solarpunk Pro Masterclass a few months ago.

He was bartending, created customer service, hated the hours, and then consistent income.

He wanted to build something tangible, not just pour drinks, we'll figure out his life.

He worked through the Masterclass content, how energy and electricity work, how the grid is built, what a solar panel actually does, how to size a battery storage by reviewing an electric panel.

building basic information.

Then we got strategic about a job search.

You're going to be a crew lead, managing a team, regional operations coordinator, desk job coordinating dispatches and logistics, or a project manager overseeing entire installations from design to final inspection.
