nora welcome back and thank you so much for doing this this is going to be part one of

series you've done so many holiday seasons in your career too many to think about yes

so tell me more about how that works in the corporate world um and what was your experience like throughout the years

so um i'm happy we're doing this now in july even though people might think it's way too early why should we start this early but uh you need to start now so in my experience the companies who actually win in november are the ones who started planning in the summer so july august That's when you have to start planning because everything that you are going to be doing in November, you need to have tested it.

You need to know exactly what you are doing, that it works, the promotion, the campaign, the creative, anything that you are going to do, you've tested it already and you know that it's going to work.

So certain companies will take this more seriously and they will start planning in advance.

Some will not and then it's more of a struggle, you know, and then, you know, the holidays will not be as successful as you hope they will be.

Many small businesses ignore this because they're on vacation and they're enjoying their time.

But today we're going to show them a little bit step by step about what can be done to help them basically ace the holiday season.

And today's topic will revolve around websites, the e-commerce website, which is your online store mainly.

in the background before you even start actually posting your products on the website.

So what's the first step that people should look at when they look at their e-commerce website?
