it's a hard one right so I'm never going to judge anyone like medically if you need it but you know what my issue is especially in Essex you've got these the women that only need to lose half a stone right and then they're now walking corpses yeah like literally the bones and that is it's triggering because like you've got you've got an eating disorder clearly so it's like you don't need to

it because I'm like I'm so sad like the amount of women I'm seeing in my local gym as well like they're so thin and for me like there was a moment when I was younger that I was just especially when mum and dad split up I used exercise in quite a negative light like and I was tiny yeah because that was my only control I had and um It's sad because I've got two beautiful girls I'm bringing up and I don't want us to go back to the skinny, easy era.

It's all about how many hip replacements and stuff we're going to need in the future because your bone is crumbling.

because up until recently I obviously I've educated myself more in the idea of like lifting as a woman I don't want to be hinged I don't want to be hinged I

like lifting that shape you're going to get like I've been in every era I've done the running right and I had no shape like I'm now in an era where I love lifting weights like love lifting heavy And then that the longevity when you're older, right? I can still pick up my kids.

I can still do things, but this is Zen pick thing scares the hell out of me because people are losing their muscle mass, which you ain't got no muscle mass.
is, I feel like we have to say it.
Like, do you know what I don't like about the culture that we're in sometimes? It's like, if people have an opposing opinion or they talk on something, it's like, you've got to be so sensitive to the point where you can't even.
Yeah, you can't say anything.
That's what I'm scared about.
I'm never really spoken about it.
Well, at the end of the day, I do need it.
I was like, yeah, okay,
