Like I think if people would start growing their own food, that would be really great or at least get it from local farmers markets.

A lot of times we're eating in our society, we're watching television, or we're arguing with somebody and we're eating.

So to really make the meals a time of gratitude and mindfulness, prepare the food with love and awareness is really important.

And I think food, we have to understand the sacred nature of food and how it connects us to nature.

All of these things, I think, help us to increase our intelligence, our awareness, the inner peace.

I mean, when we think about where the food came from and and so forth, and really be with food in a healthy way.

A lot of pans have leached toxic metals and we're cooking in them and we're getting, so really get good quality pans.

You go into somebody's basement where they have their tools and they'll spend thousands of dollars in their tools, but they won't spend $50 on a pan that they're eating from every single day.

It's really important, I think, to understand that, make sure the water that we're cooking with is clean and that we're not eating alone, if possible.
