I have sarcoidosis and It's basically an autoimmune disease that your body is constantly fighting.

So your immune system is hyperactively, constantly battling something that either is there or, depending on what doctor you talk to, isn't there.

So my answer was for 20 years, just grind, push, you know, shot, fucking pop an Adderall, go.

There was no stop to the point of exhaustion doesn't even begin to cover it.
Well, mind and body, right? You just didn't know the connection between the two?

No clue the impact the mind has, how powerful it's really the mind that runs the body, not the other way around.

It became a personal challenge, right? The self-talk that they talk about all the time, the NLP that's used against us and we use against ourselves.

You know, wake up exhausted and your first thoughts are like, how am I going to, and then it would immediately become, get the fuck out of bed.
