Of course, the shit show that is the U.S. State Fair on the Mall in Washington, D.C. And of course, just recently, the president spoke at 11 p.m. after being delayed for hours to a radically smaller crowd, a tiny fraction of the crowd size that was there.

for the 200 year anniversary of the united states the 250 anniversary 250th anniversary this year 2026 became a political thing and very few people wanted to go and of course it was incredibly hot which uh who who could possibly predict that the weather might be getting hotter and hotter as we go forward in time But anyway, yeah, so Iran, oil, Trump, the mall, oh, and Taylor Swift.

Taylor Swift can't open the news without seeing something about Taylor Swift's wedding.

So aside from this minute of diatribe, we're not going to have any of that in the show.

So I got it out and we're going to talk about the stock market performance, how it's done for the first six months of calendar year 2026.

What are the winners? What are the losers? What part of the market has done well? What parts have not? And then I have a little segment on what to do if you don't have a whole lot of money.

Do that every once in a while because people will ask me, well, what do I do if I have $1,000? Well, that's that segment.
