Could you tell us a little bit about who you are and what you do in your own words?

So I recently started doing neuroaffirming work coaching as well as consulting for neuroinclusion.

And prior to that, I was focused on organizational development, helping organizations work at their best.

And then a little more about me, other than that professional, that recent professional piece, born and raised in a small town in California, a beautiful part of the state, the Central Coast, relevant to this podcast.

So that was really important and continues to be really important and meaningful for me as I understand myself.

I've always been a pretty reflective person and value spirituality and meditation and self-care.

And so becoming more aware of that part of myself, that part of my experience has been really fundamental in relating to myself and relating to the world.

And I'm just so excited to meet you and get to know you as someone who has been diagnosed with ADI for the last couple of years and rediscovering so much about my own journey with that.

So if you could tell me a little bit more about how your ADHD diagnosis shapes the work that you're doing now with your clients.
