And I think that it's really important to remember that different industries and different categories of businesses need different like capitals or starting.
Purely because if you've got a good mindset to it, AI these days and some digital marketing background, you can do it.
You might not do it well to start with, that's fine, but you can really start it pretty easily.
I'm so big on, if you've, I actually talk about it a bit at the moment with AI around like education, who I would want to hire.
That's a more appealing hire to me than potentially someone who's done a marketing degree.
Not saying it rules it out, of course, but I look at that now and I go, well, that's someone's willing to learn what's current, what's recent.
