But again, you need somebody actually owning this, and you need somebody with some bandwidth that can really pour into it, right? Here again is like a double down on the capacity idea, and, um, it's the idea that we wanna target neighborhoods in this specific area.

So what we did specifically in my washing business is we would do neighborhood discount days.

Okay, so we'd get actual like discount door hangers printed on Vistaprint, and then it would just have a blank in terms of what day are we coming to service your neighborhood, your HOA, your whatever, and then this is your discounted rate.

And we would also include like what the ordinary regular rate was if you just called us out as a one-off job, right? So again, this is a lot of legwork, especially if you have people that have signed up in past years for these neighborhood b-booking days or, or discount days.

So just remember that you can have like a tiered system with all of this too.
