Elle DenningHostwell what's the secret sauce the power is in the niche right that's what they always

say the riches are in the niches right you know and so that only that makes me think it's niches and not niches i guess because that wouldn't rhyme so i don't know tomato tomato i guess i don't know so um but after 11 years what does visibility mean to you like now or what does that actually mean oh my god i feel like around a lot
Cause it, it is, it's constantly changing, changing, you know, like I was just talking about this the other day with somebody like aesthetic news feeds now, like on Instagram, like they're beautiful.
How deep are you going to go to like unlock something with somebody that they share in common with you or that you're going to make them make a comment? Or you even have like people that just watch and don't take action, but they're watching for a long time.
And then they're like, you know what, you're the person I'm going to hire.
So I think it's like behind the scenes stuff, like going deeper, like sharing things that you don't normally do on a regular basis is really what unlocks opportunity.

But I actually think it's good to kind of bring up now to get your thoughts on one particular area here.

And with that also, maybe it's just coming from the insurance space, but trust seems to also be coming at a premium now of who's real, who do I trust, who I pay attention to.

It's not back in the day of who randomly calls the phone of, Oh, I've never had someone call me and I do need a vacuum cleaner.

Who do I pay attention to? Who do I trust? So our perspective is that trust and being human and that connection is going to be more and more and more important versus necessarily being everywhere with as much content as possible.
