If Congress can't or won't pass the Save America Act, there is still an opportunity to tighten up the controls on mail-in balloting before the next presidential election.

This decision gave us very little in the way of a majority opinion, just a brief unsigned order and a one-page concurrence from Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

But we do know that four of the six conservative justices voted against the Trump administration.

Those interviews turned him into a public target.

This is according to a story in USA Today.
