Padma Lakshmi

And for me, the stuffed cabbage is sort of the embodiment of that.

And we did make it with Padma Lakshmi years later.

And now that recipe, her version of that recipe is in her book.

And on the TV show.

Really proud of that show.

America's culinary cup on CBS with Padma Lakshmi.

But yeah, I did, you know, I've been, I've worked my way up the ladder in reality television since, you know, back in the day and like what, 2013 is when I started.

Yeah.

I can't eat that.

Padma was annoying about the same thing.

I remember she would get, like, eggs that were, like, a little too runny.

And I'm like.

We had like seven hosts and five or six correspondents.

We had Stacey London, Molly Sims, Sherry Shepard, Padma Lakshmi, and Anna Navarro.

We didn't really know what to do with all those people.

We were finding our way.

She and Blair introduced me to Top Chef.

And like, I was nervous to say Padma was like really pretty.

And I was like, Padma's like really pretty, right? And I was like, where have you been? I'm like,

yeah, of course she's really pretty.

I was like, but you just had this realization.

So my friend knew that that was my major.

And she was like, Jackie, we need an assistant stylist for Padma.

Like, do you want to do you want this job? And I was like, yes, I will take this job like totally.

So I literally got it on my way up.

And the job, though, once I had it, it was only six to 12 weeks because when they film shows, it's a short period of time.

So like, it was great experience.

And then I actually got asked to go back to New York and work with Padma.

But I just didn't want to go back.
