I, I hadn't appreciated this, but, um, [clears throat] if you think about blueberries, actually when you cut them open, they're a sort of greeny-yellow inside.
And apparently, um, they, um, have this, uh, pigment that's called anthocyanins, uh, which reflect light in a way that our eyes interpret as blue.
