I think postpartum I already felt a little bit like, you know what... screw anything that is... irrelevant to my life but now then I really feel like I have adopted that and it's actually really quite freeing I'm just trying to really be it's like the two-year postpartum mark the 40th mark I'm just even the situations situation that I don't really like I'm leaning into seeing oh this is could be positive because of this which is my natural instinct but I've definitely found the natural instinct to be hopeful and positive and a little bit more tricky in the last two years but so it's great I'm buzzing about it and I remember even Khloe Kardashian talking about how great 40s were going to be back in the day and I when I watched the Kardashians I thought yeah I'm up for that so that's where I'm at I'm buzzing about it
