They call it Y'all Street in Texas as Wall Street firms and their workers flee high tax New York for low tax pro-business Texas. But will all those new voters bring their destructive Democrat votes…

Yall Street is the term that they're coming up with to describe what's happening now in Texas, particularly Dallas.

All sorts of major Wall Street firms are pulling out huge numbers of their employees from New York and relocating them to Texas, Dallas specifically.

So they've come up with this, you know, Wall Street's in New York, y'all street.

In fact, it's going to be almost right next to the big campus that Goldman Sachs, another giant Wall Street investment bank, is building in Dallas.

I'm bringing this up because I want to deal with a fascinating question, and that is the... internal migration that is going on within America and whether or not it's good for the states that are getting the internal migrants.

Are the new states better off? Are the worst states poorer off? It's not a really easy question to answer, but it's a trend that I think is just accelerating as the Democrats get crazier and loonier.

The states that they run are going to get worse and worse, whereas the states that are under Republican control are going to drastically benefit as people and businesses escape the leftist hellholes to go to lower tax states with higher quality of life.
