Wauwatosa

Eight race cars participating in the Vanderbilt Cup Race held in Milwaukee.

38 laps on the 7.88-mile Wauwatosa road course.

He even said it right.

What is a Tosa? Wow, a Tosa.

Hey.

I have a daughter who lives in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, who is planning on doing a two-story addition on a Dutch Colonial.

It's about 100 years old.

Okay.

And so what they do, it's interesting that Wawa Tosa, obviously it must be allowed by code, but, um, The Helix people, and I would probably agree with this, they're going to screw this into the ground, and the machine that they use to do this will keep screwing it in until it hits bedrock or a certain amount of pressure where it doesn't move anymore.

Right? Right.

And so it's going to go deeper than, you know, the 42 inches that has to happen in Wauwatosa or, you know, in the Midwest here for frost.

Sure.

The team does expect to play three home games sometime between May and July, which does kind of gum up the works of where you can play certain things.

I know that one of the venues proposed on this team survey that anybody can take right now at milwaukeeprofootball.com, and it includes places like American Family Field, the Milwaukee Mile, Hart Park in Wauwatosa, as well as Veterans Park along the Milwaukee lakefront.

Personally, I think American Family Field is a little pie in the sky, but hey, shoot for the moon, kid, right? Well, this past week I was able to work in some sourced reporting, and I was able to confirm that while the identity and venue have not yet been decided, the team is locking in its first head coach.

And it's a name many Packers fans will definitely remember from those 90s teams.

Kettle of Fish is an iconic Packers bar.

And the owner is from Wauwatosa.

Patrick Daly is his name.

He's been there for decades.
