And we're getting into your full framework, the six styles to develop better leadership.

But I think I love that you start with the three because oftentimes people jump in and they have a problem that they want to solve.

That one hits so hard because it's like I know that discipline is one of my issues, but yet I still can skirt around it.

And it works the same with everything, building your business, with building your hobbies, learning to speak a foreign language, play an instrument, play a sport.
It all requires going and doing the hard work when you'd rather not, when you're tired, when you just don't feel like it, when you feel like there's no immediate payoff, right?

Well, and I think if anyone is like me, I can find myself in the trap of... not having discipline because of discouragement.

And I know that might be where you touch on it, your second piece, where that head trash picks up.

And if the one thing doesn't work out the way I wanted it to in my head, I throw it all out and pick something else.
