Mbong HenryGuestHeather CaplanHostThis is like, you know, when our kids started going to the dentist, it was like their first appointment was at, let's say, Maybe they were two.
Very little and their teeth are teeny tiny and they're all going to fall out anyways, right? But not for a while, hopefully.
But I remember their pediatrician saying, just establish care with the dentist.
So then when they do have a problem or if they have a problem before their teeth start falling out, then they've already met this person and it's not totally jarring.
We kind of should all be doing this again, like to our earlier point doesn't have to be crisis happening.
But I mean, until I was an adult, probably until I had kids, it would not have occurred to me to be like, I should establish care with a physical therapist.
Like it's just a good idea to have someone that you've established care with instead of like, I've got this injury.

I mean, even as a physical therapist, I have to remind myself it's okay to see my PT.

But yeah, I have my PT who's been helping me for, man, at least like five years now.
