OK, well, this would be a good time to just like for those who are listening, if anyone like was resonating with this and they're like, oh, shit, this would be helpful in my life.

You know, can they if they're not in Albuquerque, what do they do? Where do they go? How do they how do they get a rescue dog and go through this process? Or what sort of like resources would you point them towards? Or, you know, where should they go and ask for help?
One, if you are someone that needs a service animal, regardless of where you are, there is an organization called Assistance Dogs International.
And it is the only international accrediting body for assistance dog organizations outside of guide dogs because those are kind of two different.
If you look them up online, you can actually look at a directory of all of the accredited service dog organizations across the world to see who's close to you and then reach out to them.
And Paws and Stripes is the organization that I started and it is an accredited organization.
If you're somebody that is struggling with thoughts of suicide, there are a lot of resources out there.
But I would also say that if you're not somebody... that fits into any of those categories i would encourage you to consider what's called qpr which is question persuade refer it's uh it's like cpr so you want everybody to know it except it's for how you engage with folks that might be thinking about suicide and it is proven to help prevent suicide yes
QPR, you know, it's it's so the training you can look up QPR and usually find someone to do that training for you.
But so there's a whole program behind it that essentially talks about students.
So make sure to really address any stigmas or incorrect associations with anything that sort of shows up in that realm.
