So this is actually part two from last week.

We've been looking at Peter's sermon, which we'll actually be in for a few weeks.

And all we're looking at is powerful points from Peter's preaching at Pentecost.

And I gotta say, that's some pretty good alliteration right there, all right? All right? And that's as exciting as this message is gonna get.

All right, I'm just kidding.

We're gonna pick up where we left off.

We went through Acts 2, 14 through 24.

And we're gonna pick up in verse 19, which is kind of where we left off last week.

Last week we talked about how the church is stronger when it stands up together.

Remember Peter stood up, but the 11 disciples stood up with Peter.

When we come together in unity, God He blesses us and uses us.

We looked at how Peter used a little bit of a joke in order to make an on-ramp to get to people's attention.

And we learned that it's okay to laugh in church.

I hope you all remember that this week, okay? All right, it is okay to laugh in church.

And then we looked at how, you know, Peter's talking about At times, the last days of the temple, and we're going to go into another passage that's about that, but he was also saying, hey, it's the first days of the church.

Acts 2 is the birth certificate of the church.

It's where the church was born, the church age began, but it's the end of another age.

It's the end of the temple aeon.

It's the end of the old covenant.

It's the end of the temple era.

And there's about 40 years of crossover between the old covenant Temple era and the church era leading up to the temple's destruction in 70 A.D., which is talked about by Jesus in Matthew 24.
