I think this might be my favorite lower session of my week, where I have RDLs, like my heavy hip hinge RDLs, which are going really smoothly, actually.
At the moment, I'm doing three with an intended quad-biased, narrower, lower stance, and then two with a wider stance.
more a doctor by a stance and then i do one of i just started integrating this i think last week where i was just like i'm just gonna have one set that i don't track don't monitor i'm just gonna play around because yeah i've just been feeling a bit frustrated with some bits and pieces with quad training and trying to kind of find what's working for me so that play around set today probably looked like the stance that i used years ago that was just my traditional stance it's kind of in the and just basically trying to sync it i was like hey i've been using a bit more like active range of motion and trying to keep it on certain target tissues i'm going to just like sync these deep and see how that feels so i'm just playing around having one set to have a bit of play around and see if i can learn anything there but i enjoyed this session's a lot of fun so i think hitting prs helps too because i hit what was it 215 kilos for 11 um On my first set there of these RDLs I'm doing.
So... using a thicker belt i think was just helping me because i do have like a longer torso i just find my back likes to get tired for these sort of things but so yeah good day uh feeling good and uh yeah that's where i'm at how are you yeah
so if i can just ask you a question like um with your set where you play around a little bit was that related to injuries but or a bit of everything would you say you know that kind of prompted you to do that
So the different stances were definitely related to injuries because I'm pretty certain we know what flared up.
