Coming to Adams Park on Saturday proved to be very much a a challenger for us, so very much of a challenge anyway.

When we spoke about this last week, lads, we didn't have the benefit of knowing what was going to happen after our recording of our podcast, and I think it felt like we probably would have had a very different preview had we known that Joe Wildsmith and Danny Ings would have signed on the Thursday and the Friday.

Obviously, Wareham scoring again.

I think that's becoming inevitability now every game.

And obviously, Danny Ings popping off the bench to score in the last minute to give us that much-needed equaliser to finish the game 2-2.

Do you think that was a fair result in the end?

It probably was, wasn't it? Being completely honest.

I thought we were really... incredibly poor in that first half incredibly poor and it's not the first time under Tom Hounsell that we've been that poor in the first 45 minutes it's almost like he's brilliant at making changes and really good at recognising where he's making a mistake but perhaps he's just lacking on the side of actually setting a team up for a game and I thought it was far too narrow and we touched on it last week playing Fred in that wing back position absolutely murders us and if you're going to insist on playing three at the back you've got to stop conceding goals and we've got to find a way of getting Fred further forward um obviously made the change at half time got Fred on Fred further up the pitch which which ultimately after sort of 10 or 15 minutes of settling in it worked and you know we we came back into the game after going a goal behind and I don't think we...

After our first goal, I don't think we ever looked like we were going to lose the game, but I don't think we looked anywhere near good enough to win the game.

And that, for me, is a real concern.

We don't look anything like beating them.

It just says to me, I think Tom Hounsell's done a really good job as a kind of caretaker looking after us.

But longer term, I think we need a manager with a bit of knowledge and a bit of experience.

Really pleased with Danny Ings.

Obviously, we'll talk about that in a bit, but really pleased that he's come in and scored and Jadon Wareham again.

You know, just doing what Jadon Wareham does, he's going to be absolutely deadly this season.
