I will be doing teaching content, Lord willing, the creek don't rise on this subject because, uh, I do have a lot to say about it.

I've been a more recent listener now to your content and started reading Exposing the Rejection Mindset.

Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for being such an abundant source of wisdom and healing for both my mental health journey and walk with Christ.

I'm relatively newer in my journey with OCD scrupulosity, being officially diagnosed a little over six months ago at this point, and I've seen-- have since been making steady progress towards renewed thinking patterns." That's amazing.

"So my struggle as of late involves working through distorted thoughts and learning to let thoughts pass while also dealing with ADHD." Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is what it stands for.

[chuckles] "Heightened, uh, brain chatter and a hyperfixation on stimulating thoughts, worrying or not, can make being present very difficult.

Thoughts or real-life events that bring a certain level of uncertainty tend to pull me in and will fuel obsession with the compulsion to figure it all out, just right but never enough thinking in general.

This makes my brain hyperanalyze and quickly become overwhelmed, hindering my ability to stay grounded emotionally and discern distortion and compulsion from sober-minded present thinking.

I do take medication for AD- ADHD, which does help, but it can still be difficult at times.

I don't know what the number is, but there is a decent rate, enough to be traced and tracked.
