What's happening in the market, Rob? We had that long weekend last weekend.
The holiday weekend, I say 20, 30 years ago was very sacred for I think realtors and people, the public.
But today, people are, I'll tell you, the last three appointments I went on, all three recognized how the market is and recognized that the house should be priced right instead of overpricing it and chasing the market down.
I mean, you get the odd ones that always want to overprice it, and then they end up sitting and stuff like that.
And, you know, and I showed them on a computer, I say, well, here's what this property had, they had these upgrades and this neighborhood and everything else like that.
It seems like it takes people three, four years to get educated so that the market is, you know, finally kind of like it's stale and it's flatline and it's gone down since, you know, 2022.
But when the market picks back up, it's funny, it doesn't take three, four years for them to figure that out.
