Ep 070 | Texture Icks, Trolls & Comments That Sting

week as well.

Speaking of that lovely teacher at our coffee morning, I massively respect all the work the teachers do.

And I can't fathom how they manage to stay sane all day long in a room full of crazy bastards.

But do you see as a parent of two young kids who are off school over the summer? I'm like...

get them back in the building.

I'm sure.

It's like trying to keep them occupied, trying to think of things to do every day.

It's like, we have like a device free zone in our house currently.

Like we do wave running out of that.

But we took tablets away for the summer and replaced it with a trampoline.

And it didn't go down well at the start because they were like, this trampoline can't, There's no screen

Yeah Can't scroll on this thing It doesn't sing to

me I can't play Roblox On this trampoline But see Trying to pass the time Like I know It gets to the summer And the teachers are like Fuck yeah I'm gonna be in the garden

Pished I briefly worked In a nursery And Kids just don't want to focus on anything.

We can't.

You sit there like, let's read a nice story book and you get one page in and they go, board! And then you're like, oh, let's do this colour again.

No! Every

single child's activity takes longer to set up than it does to actually execute.

Like, see, setting up painting for them and then they just go splish, splash, blosh.

Fuck it, on to the next thing.

I've done

that with my niece the other week.

I got this, like, painting.

It was like a clay thing to paint and I was like, this will be so nice.

And you can imagine me covering every visible surface in the house to make sure that my house stayed safe.
