The crew heads back to the arcade this week. Everyone brought a list of their favorite arcade games and the memories that go with them. Break's picks run from Konami beat 'em ups like TMNT and X-Men…
Breakman XHostLoganHostDariaPanelistOh, man.
So I'll be honest with you for for this week being Gamescom.
There was like very little news, at least very little new news.
But let's let's get into what there was.
So first off, earlier today, Xbox has announced that their digital program is not just a rumor.
It is a reality.
So beginning next week, if you're in the Xbox Insider program.
Any game discs you've got for the Xbox One or the Xbox Series X or S, you can digitize, you can quote unquote digitize those.
They will have a program so you can take that disc and pop it in your Xbox.
You can convert it to a digital code so that then you can use that to just download the game and you can use it on Play Anywhere.
You can use it for any of the Xbox cloud services anywhere.
or just if you want it digitally on your Xbox, there you go.
You don't have to use the disc anymore.
Pretty cool.
I guess they've laid the groundwork for this quite a while ago.
I mean, obviously when the Xbox One launched, but really cool to finally see it come to fruition.
You know, I'll be honest, I haven't really bought a whole bunch of games for my Xbox lately, but it's a cool thing to offer.
And I think it's, you know, again, it's one of those things trying to get back a little bit of goodwill from the audience that may have had some, you know, uh less than stellar things to say about some other some other platforms and some of their other decisions

well as the person that's kind of known for crapping xbox i think it's pretty cool i think i mean i don't understand why that isn't a thing for like all platforms i feel like i should be able to put my switch game in switch to game in and it's like digital but i know they don't want you to copy it and all that to people But I think it's a good move.
