Life Update: How I Ran My Biggest Season Yet Without Losing the Plot - Nervous System Regulation for Therapists in Busy Seasons

So in June, we ran our biggest masterclass workshop yet.

We had over 750 people sign up, which is wild numbers.

so so wild it actually might have been closer to 800 by the time we were finished up honestly I need to go back and double check that that is terrible that I don't know if by heart but it was insane it just was absolutely wild anyway in our biggest season yet we just had such an incredible turnout for this workshop we also had so many people there live which in itself was something that I was so so proud of like immensely immensely proud of proud proud of and And then we went on to sell out the Freedom Therapist Club.

Now, for those of you who don't know what the Freedom Therapist Club is, if you're new here, it is the six month program that I run for therapists and practitioners.

And we create purposeful, sustainable, profitable businesses that we want to be in for a really long time.

So we go through the Freedom Therapist Foundations where we reclaim our energy.

We look at all things, mindset, boundaries, all of that stuff.

Then we go through freedom therapist connections, which is where we look at all our marketing, our messaging, our community growth.

And then we go into freedom therapist scale.

And this is where we look at creating a business that does not rely on us one-to-one, that doesn't rely on us being in the room all the time.

And to sell out before we had even closed the cart was something that I...

Like, I loved, would love to have, I was manifesting it, but deep down there was still, you know, it's still a really new program.

And to sell out that early on, I am still in such, like, surreal gratitude, disbelief, but also this deep knowing.

Like, it's so funny.

I think both things can be true at once.

Like, we can be so shocked when it happens, but we can also feel be so tuned in to being like this is exactly what I want to do this is exactly my purpose this is exactly my why and I I just knew on some cellular level I reckon as well that like this would happen at some point did I know this would happen this early absolutely not but I am just like so so grateful I've also like had the DMs have been so busy with people being like when's the next intake where's the next co-op um so like we need to we we do have plans but like yeah, there's, there's just, there's just so much, right? Like it's, it's just done so well this year and I am so proud.

And so anyway, in that little ramble, I really wanted to talk about, like, I wanted to actually talk about what's happening behind the scenes and I wanted to pull back the curtain essentially and take you through the season we just had.

And I also think, because I think these episodes are really supportive when they're really valuable, I wanted to chat a little bit about the things that I prioritized to get through this season, because I So after all of that happened, after we ran our workshop, I then had to jump on a plane less than 48 hours later, might I add, and my house in Alice Springs has completely flooded.

So it's just been an absolute ordeal.

And I had to jump on a plane and literally then go sort out a flooded house.

And I think...

this just speaks to the season.

Like I literally went from running this workshop with so many people in the room.

And then we went straight into cart open with me jumping on a plane and having to go back and like supervise builders and, you know, throw out half my furniture.

And like, just honestly, the duality of the seasons, I cannot, I cannot, it's just so insane.
