Well, the, the biggest problem is that the gap- The quality gap is just too big.
So unfortunately, at the moment you're in a completely different place in terms of quality compared to the Czech team.

It's not what it used to be, right? Because sometimes this, this can change, but it takes gener- a ge- a generation to change that.
So at the moment, I think the way we develop young players, uh, the sort of the system, right, it's not right.

They're probably not paid well enough, the youth coaches, and that's where it all starts.

It, it's, it creates this amazing team that you currently have of, of very ambitious and quality players who are very s- very successful both in the Premier League, but also, which hasn't always been the case, also outside of the Premier League as well now.
