I'm a strong believer in not going around stuff, you know? To be, of course, dignified and, and respectful, but to communicate directly if there's something, you know, if there's something you wanna talk about, if there's, uh, uh, some conflict maybe.

I always believe...

Or if you think some- something and, and, you know, you want to communicate it.

And I think always that when you try to go around it, it always, uh, I don't know if I'm f- you know, excuse me for my French, it's always come back to bite you in your ass, you know? Um, um, and, and I'm beli- And, and this is my, my strong personal belief, and I'm trying to communicate that to the team.

And I always say, "If something is wrong, b- also don't be afraid." We'll talk about mistakes in a second.

Don't be afraid to do a mistake, you know? I always say, "I'm the CEO of the company," you know? "You're doing-"

Everything's your fault.

Exactly.

"You're doing software, and you're excellent in it, and you're amazing what you're doing.

And you're doing the, the, the app design.

And you're doing the product.

And you're doing the, the customer suppo- You, uh, you're all doing stuff.

I'm making decisions.

I'm good with making decisions, but sometimes, sometimes I'm wrong, and I'm, I'm making the wrong decisions.

But I'm taking responsibility on that.

And it's fine to make a mistake.

We'll find a way to correct it, to fix it, or to do something else next time," you know? And this is, you know, this is always what I'm saying.

So if you're doing a mistake, if you missed something, if you forgot something, I'm good with it.

My only rule is not to do it again, not to do the same mistake twice.
