You've been influenced or you've been sort of fascinated by the prospect of influencing other people's behavior.

And then you said something really poignant a couple minutes ago where you said like, I have to like fix my own behavior before I can really, you know, affect those around me or something like that.

And I like, I've seen that like, that's like one of those lessons that I seem to have to keep like learning over and over again.

you have to like fix your own head before, you know, it's just so easy to start kind of looking around at like the ills in the world and, you know, other people's behavior and telling them that they should sort of change those things instead of like looking inward and fixing things, you know, in self, which is to your point, the only thing that you can control.

There's some kind of corollary there, there though, between like, you know, that conversation and like the ESG conversation.

So what did, like, what was it about? Like, it was a much bigger scope, right? You're like, okay, this is kind of the same thing.

As, as you said, what was it about the, the moving of the pieces on the board, so to speak in that sort of ESG realm that you were like, okay, I really, I really want to dig in here.

I started to realize, so I used to make fun of it, you know, even, you know, it's like, this is ridiculous.

What is it? And then I dove in and, and again, what I do really well, I have embraced my, my, one of my superpowers is I collect dots for others to collect them.

And I hid that from the world for quite some time because the world wanted linear and Right.
