right?
14:11
And what that is, is it's almost a superhero moment for leaders like us, Martin, to recognize when we are in that space of taking no action.
14:21
And so if you guys will just indulge me for a little bit, for listeners, I want to introduce what is the action universe? And I describe it as almost like a solar system where action is my central sun.
14:32
You know, it's running through.
14:34
And there are three planets always at play, and it is trust, risk, and fear.
14:39
And the best way to summarize this is when action is needed, risk is simply the gap between where we are and where we need to go.
14:50
Trust is the bridge that will take you there.

26:14
What are your thoughts about this?
2:12
But what are you hearing from community members in general about a detention center opening there?
2:18
Well, you know, I don't hear a lot, but it's a mix.
2:29
Obviously, the economic impact would be helpful.
2:35
We're looking forward to that.
2:36
But I think a lot of people are also not happy with the way we ended up with detainees.
2:48
So, you know, the process that entailed having detainees in the first place.
2:54
So it's a mix.
6:34
Yeah, and just lastly, Councilmember Massey, are you hearing from any residents who might have concerns, just based on some of the reporting that has been out there about various detention centers across the country and reports of how people have been treated while they are inside of those detention centers, are you having any conversations around just making sure that the conditions will be dignified and humane?
24:31
[laughs]
24:31
Right.
24:32
But, but, but you understand, like, you have to teach it.
24:35
It's no different than a child.
24:37
And instead of me telling a child to stop asking questions, I'm asking my agents to ask better questions- Sure.
24:43
Sure ... through the curation and the, the description, 'cause I, I've realized the flaws of the old systems that squashed that.
24:49
Well, that's, that's good.

44:06
... and, and why the risk pops up, that'd be a risk.
7:31
As, as you said, what was it about the, the moving of the pieces on the board, so to speak in that sort of ESG realm that you were like, okay, I really, I really want to dig in here.
7:43
I started to realize, so I used to make fun of it, you know, even, you know, it's like, this is ridiculous.
7:49
What is it? And then I dove in and, and again, what I do really well, I have embraced my, my, one of my superpowers is I collect dots for others to collect them.
8:01
And I hid that from the world for quite some time because the world wanted linear and Right.
8:06
We operate in systems of government, education, religion and business.
8:12
Right.
8:12
Those are just some of the big ones that just want you to get your job done.

17 MINS LATER
