And so what are the biggest sourcing mistakes that you see sellers making today and specifically the ones that are killing margins?

I am going to go speak to a factory and then I will ask them, what is their price? What is their unit price? And I shop around looking for the best price to quality ratio.

say that as my cost and then i calculate my margin based on that but that is not your real cost really no the unit cost yeah exactly you need to think about your fob costs you need to think

about ocean freight hold on uh let's define fob i think we have a fair number of people that Even though I'd been sourcing products for a long time, I always had my factory do it.

So what that means is the cost of a factory producing your items and then sending it to the port.

The ownership of the product and everything, all the costs, is bared by the buyer.

So the factory themselves, they only care about the products up until they get to the port and put it into a container.
