Coach Phil, Richter, Fred De Silva, almost every coach has kind of told me what I can do to get to these goals and kind of helped me and gone the extra mile throughout my whole career.

You're someone who's been involved in a lot of United States youth national team camps and games, and you've seen a lot of different players from all over the world.

What do you think is so special about the Philadelphia Union Academy in creating players that are able to find such success?

I think obviously it's the Philly Union grit I think is the most important thing.

And I think we're always challenging and always continuing to bring in more people to challenge those youngsters and then pushing them to play.

Obviously, like you have Kevin playing against grown men and me and Frankie since such a young age, which obviously makes us develop faster.
You mentioned Fred.
I was chatting

with him the other day, and he still thinks he could go 30 minutes in a Union game in an MLS match.

I don't think he could play with the Union because everyone needs to be on the same page, and Fred would not defend.
