I always tell them, "I will tell you what the future is of this or that medical specialty or therapeutic area, but at first tell me which future shall I describe? The future in which we knew what was the desired future and we tried to move towards it a bit faster?"

"Or the one, uh, where we didn't have any idea about at least what kind of future we would love to see for that medical specialty?" So we have a direct impact on which future might unfold.

Well, if that's the future we choose, then what kind of steps shall we start making from today, you know, legal steps, technological, social, cultural steps, to have a higher chance to reach that desired future?
