The first myth that I want to jump into with you today, Warner, is that Benelmadna is just for tourists.

tourists but in reality it's got a really strong all year round community full of expats and locals it's got phenomenal schools international schools it's also got great social networks that makes it a really great place to live on the coast it really is a town filled with so many different nationalities all living in harmony together enjoying their life in the sun What do you say to that,

Benomadena in the Costa del Sol has something different that I think, in my personal opinion, that other places in the Costa del Sol don't have.

Benamadna has its multiple different zones, which really means that it has something for everyone.

I think that people will definitely be familiar with the Benamadna Marina, which has been awarded one of the best marinas in the world multiple times.

But when you live here, it's also a great place to go at the weekend, have something nice to eat, a great selection of bars and restaurants.

And it really just always has something going on when it comes to an activity or nightlife, which is great.

We always find that when we have people visiting us on holidays, the marina really is the spot where you're going to go to enjoy a little bit of nightlife, have something to eat, have a couple of nice drinks and just kind of watch the night go by.

But if that's not your vibe and you want something a little bit more traditional, you have Arroya de la Miel, which is where the local train station is located.

That's essentially the local town in Benamadna where you're going to have your local shops, your banks, your different businesses, beautiful bars and restaurants, tapas bars, more traditional cafes and places where you can really just sit and watch the world go by.

Grab a cafe in one of the local bars close to the train station and just sit and watch people go about their business and enjoying life in Benamagna.
