It's bizarre.

And I went to Marbella a couple of weeks ago with Rebecca, Mark, and all the kids, and we've done a few holidays together.

It's amazing.

And I kept getting my laptop out round the pool, and part of me was a bit like, "Ugh." But the other part of me's like, "The kids haven't even looked at me." They're off making-

and this family came up to me I think they're from Malahide you know and they're going we really love your stuff and the son is like 14 Milo loves it Milo's like I'm clon guys Milo's like 14 really honestly clon guys fair play Milo and and I says I was going back to London I said where are you guys going yeah we're going to get to Marbella we need some we need some have you seen the weather we need some and Milo's on Milo's on his midterms and stuff like that and then he goes by the way how do you come up with these characters no I was like you just sort of you just look around and see can you pick up and stuff but he says big fan and then they had a laugh I know yeah people just don't yeah which is good as well but honest to God like Like, my audience has changed so much.

And we were doing...

I think it's cool that they actually, like 17.3 World Champs, I feel like last couple of years always been like two separate days.

Like Marbella definitely was and I think Tapa was as well.

I think it's quite cool that they do it like that, like spread out over two days.

went to Marbella Club Hotel, our favourite place.

How was

it? I keep seeing it everywhere.

And the cocktails are great.

This was like my first time actually spending time outside of the hotel.

You actually ventured out into Marbella.

I really liked Marbella.

It's good to be back in Nice after last year's World Champs and seeing Laura win as well here in Nice two years ago.

And yeah, it's just the vibe when you have 6,500 athletes in a town like last year in Marbella.

It was just incredible.

And I assume it's very similar here now with like way more athletes than it was two years ago with only 1,500 women on the ground.

So we might not bring a lot of that today, but we'll definitely cover the race itself.

Yeah, and go check out our Instagram at another triathlon podcast there because we're posting a lot there as well and just a lot of race coverage, some great interviews with the pros and lots of fun stuff there.

Lisa, I'll be curious to get your thoughts once you get a chance to look around a little bit more with Marbella.

It almost felt like a bigger kind of event because they had all of those bridges and signage everywhere and it was... a lot more challenging to get around, but it felt so big because they had this big construction and all the branding everywhere.

I've even seen businesses, some of the biggest business creators out there selling these funnels to people and I'm like, these are shit.

And a friend of mine, he's in Marbella, actually bought one recently from one of these people.

And I literally just went through it.

I was like, dude, this is made by Claude Code and it's terrible.

Some incentives we've put in place this summer that... helping along and trying to get to...

We did a big squad goal-setting meeting out in Marbella and we've incentivised the squad based on those goals we've put in place.

We're already starting to achieve that.

We had eight clean sheets last year, which is nowhere near good enough for an AFC Wimbledon team, especially a team that myself and Johnny have put together over the last three or four years.
