Like, we, I at least, I don't know how old you are, but I didn't grow up where the internet was easily accessible at every turn, not just from, you know, we had, like, a big desktop computer where you had to dial up and that was a whole thing.
I mean, every app, like my kid is, we don't have, like, social media or anything in our family right now, but he's able to access YouTube from ClassLink, like, it, which is a school-required app.
And so yeah, as a parent, as a Christian parent, you're like, "We don't have a roadmap for this." No one has taught us-
... how to raise kids with Christian sexual ethics in the midst of this cultural moment, and it can be very scary.
Yeah, it is scary, and I think one of the things that I, I kinda shared with you before we started, and the things that I feel like a lot of my friends and I are talking about, is that there are so many Christian parents who are stuck in this, like, in between, because so many grew up in, like, '90s purity culture, and then they carry some, like, lingering baggage from that, and that maybe they were taught, like, your worth is tied to your purity, or you, like-
... or they only heard, like, "You don't do that." Like, "Don't have sex," you know? [laughs]
And then now they have kids and they're like, "Well, I don't wanna do that, but I also don't wanna be like, 'It's fine.
