I feel like it'll be a really good conversation, 'cause I know this is not specifically aimed at parents, but there's so much related to parenting, I think.
So we're gonna kind of unpack what gentleness is and how that relates to our faith and to how we live our lives and how we parent our kids.
Like, when you talk about gentleness, what do you actually mean by that? 'Cause I think people hear that and they think of, like, weakness, or they think about gentle parenting, or there's just kinda like, there's a lot of things that we don't understand in the church and in parenting.

That's a really good question, because 100%, I think most of us, even though we know maybe at the back of our mind that's not what gentleness is, our immediate thought is gentle people are weak and they're pushovers, or they're quiet and they're really submissive.

When your baby was laid in your arms for the first time, did the nurses or the doctor say to the baby, "Now, be gentle with your mother"? No, they did not, because your baby does not have to be gentle with you, because your baby is weak and vulnerable.
