Jaan Inno dropped out of school at 16 after a four day trip to Spain watching a 16 year old make $100,000 a month.
His first paid role turned out to have no fulfilment behind it, and he barely got paid. A real estate wholesaling attempt cost him a lot of money on leads and tools and ten hired dialers, yet brought in zero dollars. He moved into B2B appointment setting, reaching $4,000 months, then shifted into recruitment and placement for sales reps. After dropping out, he set a daily goal of fifty cold outreach messages on Instagram, later meeting those contacts in person, such as travelling to Bulgaria. He now gets about two free offers a day from people he met over the years.
He plans to keep building his reputation through referrals and word of mouth, expecting it to take six months to a year to take over the space.
