So, Athen, you reported that the land was purchased nearly four years ago.

What exactly has happened since then, positive and negative? Have they gotten through any planning reviews at all of this?

And from what I understand, Centurion had pretty regular conversation with...

McKeon and Cormick and his civil engineer, Mark Day, from 2022 to 2024.

They had a preliminary meeting with the planning board chair, the planning board clerk, and a few other town officials where they basically said, what are you looking to do with this property? And There was a lot of logistical hurdles that they would need to overcome.

And as I said, the plans were very preliminary at that time.

So they said, look, we need you to present something more concrete.

Here are some of the challenges with the current zoning and some of the limitations.

And since 2024, McKeon, McCormick, Planning Board, and his civil engineer have not heard from Centurion and have not been able to get in touch with him.

And so from that point, I would say zero has happened.
