John A. Coleman Catholic High School

In the Hudson Valley, There were several other properties that he owned, none of which have been completed.

In the town of Ulster, he purchased a former Catholic high school, the Coleman Catholic High School, and promised to turn that into a hotel and residential project.

But I learned from the town of Ulster town supervisor that he entered into a contingency agreement with the energy company TerraGen to sell the property to TerraGen to build a battery farm contingent on TerraGen getting... approval from the town of Ulster to do that.

And that's been a very long and arduous process and they have not yet obtained that approval.
